When I entered in Weblink it was a feared moment as well as my dream to be selected here. I was prepared for interview here.
As I entered in reception and I told I am here for interview then one lady Mrs. Pooja was here she asked are you from any reference or you are as walk in, I was there from one reference but in fear I told I came here walk in and I got one topic is to write as I got topics list in those I was to choose one of them, I was to write over that. There were some topics in which I selected “Education vs. Experience” and in that I was confident enough to write because it was my normal job and teach to student how to write in duration of teaching so it was so much easy for me. I wrote confidently and dam sure that I must cross this round.
As I was to appear in first round that was held by Ms. Ritu , she took interview very good and effective way and after that she taught me some things which helped me much in career and I crossed that round finally.
After crossing first round I was to appear in 2nd round which was to take by Mr. S.K. Gupta; Director of Company. As I entered in his cabin; A pleasant feeling came in my heart while watching environment of office and interest of joining there was increasing in my inside.
Mr. Gupta asked me 3 questions in normal life they don’t have enough mean but by those questions , amond there 1 was
"With whom do you live in delhi ?
I replied 'Naraiana'.
"With whom ?
I replied - with 1 friend.
"What does he do ?
I replied normaly - He works an accounts executive in Floriana Group"
it was normal convesation but I felt; Mr. Gupta is very intelligent, innocent and ambitious person, whom I can accept as my ideal and after that I got confirmation I have selected for next round.
When I finished this round it was lunch time and I had to wait for some time and after lunch time Sr. H.R. Executive ‘Ms. Jiji Madhwan’ came to me and called me in cabin, I feared because I was well known last round would be taken by ‘Marketing Manager’ who is male so it was an terrific moment for me but when I entered in cabin She informed me I was selected for next round but that day ‘Marketing Manger’ has gone for movie with some officemates and she told to come next day.
Thanking her I came out from office and I was 60% happy because I was selected for final round.
It was time when it is being in favor and after reaching at home I recited some lines -:
किस कदर सहें है झोंके हमने;
दिशायें बदलती इन कातिल हवाओं के,
आयेगा तूफ़ान एक दिन हमारे नाम का भी,
हर मंजर हर लम्हों में अपना भी मुकाम होगा IIIII
