When I reached in Delhi, I came to know to 1 family which has given me home to live and food to have and I am very thankful to that family for this great co-operation, and I was too much worried for my job and initially I was fresher for Delhi so I had option only that I could work in any call centre.
On 29th of September 2008 I went to district centre and given an interview in Jaina Tower at 1 consultancy named P3i Solutions and interviews from Sparsh BPO. Unfortunately I could not beat interview so I was disappointed. Next day I again tried and there were 3 interviews,
1) Call connect – inbound ,
2) Kotak Life Insurance – sales.
3) Caretell – Swastik consultancy – collection
That day was mine and I got selected in thrice but there I got a friend - Mr. Karan Batra, which was much experienced than me, he suggested to join Caretell and I decided to join caretell.
I started My Job from 3rd of October 2008, P.P. towers Pitampura and my first Trainer Ms. Ruchika Bhatiya. She trained us very nicely and after completing my training I hit floor on 14th October 2008. I was working for ICICI Auto Loan Collection with Under one of Team Leader Mrs. Sapna Mam , She is also very good trainer and she taught me nos. of things which is still useful for me. There one of Asst. Manager Mr. Rajat Madan , he also helped me too much to understand life in Delhi and one of my senior Executive Mr. Arvindo Ghosh , who taught me how to survive in Delhi , I was too much happy to got such a nice officemates.
